Management team

Since May 20, 2020, Capgemini Group management has been led by Aiman Ezzat, Chief Executive Officer.

Group Management is assisted by two bodies comprising the Group’s key operating and functional managers: the Group Executive Board (GEB) and the Group Executive Committee (GEC), which is wider and includes all GEB members.

Diversity in management

The Group has decided to implement a progressive increase in both female and international representation on the Group’s Executive Committee. The Group’s long-term objective is to achieve the same percentage of women in the Executive Committee as in the Group’s headcount. We also intend to increase female representation the 10% of positions with the greatest responsibility within Group executive leaders and, more widely, in the senior leadership community, with a target of 30% of women in executive leadership positions by 2025.

These objectives are combined with voluntary internal measures and policies aiming to ensure a diversified and non-discriminatory global representation at all levels of the organization.

The Group Executive Board (GEB)

The Group Executive Board (GEB) prepares the broad strategies submitted to the Group Executive Committee (GEC) for approval, and facilitates the carrying out of the Group’s operations. It also takes the necessary measures with regards to the appointment, setting of objectives, and performance appraisal of executives with a wide range of responsibilities.

The Group Executive Committee (GEC)

The Group Executive Committee assists Group management to define broad strategies and make decisions regarding the Group’s operating structure, the choice of priority offerings, production rules and organization, and the methods of implementing human resources management. All Group Executive (GEB) members are also part of the Group Executive Committee (GEC).
